We will gladly accept returns of most merchandise purchased from us within 30 days of delivery. Items for return must be unopened, in original manufacturer packaging, and in re-saleable condition. All returns must be pre-approved, and you must call or e-mail us to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from us in advance. Returns without an RMA number will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

You may receive a refund or credit on most items returned. Please enclose a note with your return shipment indicating the RMA number, your reason for returning the merchandise, and how you would like us to handle your return (refund/credit). Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Items containing compressed oxygen are considered Hazardous Materials and ship to you via UPS Dangerous Goods. It is a violation of federal law for you to offer such items for return shipment. Therefore, we do not accept any returns of items containing compressed oxygen. If you receive an item containing compressed oxygen that is damaged or defective, please call or e-mail us immediately.

Shipping and insurance costs of return shipments are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For your protection, we encourage you to ship returns via carrier (such as UPS) that provides verifiable tracking of shipments.

Shipping & Handling
We ship most orders via UPS Ground. All orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. States ship FREE via UPS Ground or other carrier designated by us. Expedited shipping methods (e.g. overnight, 2-day, etc), and shipping to AK & HI are available at additional cost. Expedited shipping charges are based upon shipment weight, size, destination, value, contents, shipping service requested, and any special packaging requirements. Exact shipping costs will be provided to you at time of order checkout.

Due to rapidly evolving regulations concerning the transportation of lithium-containing batteries by air, it is possible that certain items containing lithium batteries may not be eligible to ship via all shipping methods, despite the shipping method selected by customer at time of checkout. Occasionally, items ordered at the same time may be split into multiple shipments to be delivered at different times.
